Bella Grace Collection is an online boutique dedicated to providing high-quality jewelry and accessories. To maintain our high standards of service and hygiene, all orders are subject to the following terms. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and accept these policies in full.

1. Final Sale & Cancellation Policy

To ensure the swift delivery of our global curations and local essentials, processing begins immediately upon order placement.

  • All Sales are Final: We do not offer refunds, order reversals, or cancellations once an order has been processed, except as outlined in our Lash Protector Mask Guarantee (see Section 2).

  • Why this policy exists: As a boutique focused on hygiene-sensitive adornments and curated logistics, this policy ensures every piece you receive is brand new, untouched, and held to our premium quality standards.

2. Exchange Eligibility (Jewelry & Accessories)

While we do not offer refunds on jewelry, Bella Grace Collection may, at its sole discretion, facilitate an exchange if the following conditions are strictly met:

  • Timeframe: An exchange request must be submitted via email within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

  • Condition: The item must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original premium packaging.

  • Logistics: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item is deemed defective upon arrival.

4. Defective or Incorrect Orders

We take great pride in our curation. In the rare event that you receive an incorrect or defective item:

  • Please notify us at [info@bellagracecollection.co.za] within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include your order number and clear photographic evidence.

  • Resolution: Approved claims are eligible for a replacement of the same item. Refunds will not be issued for jewelry. Failure to report discrepancies within the 48-hour window voids eligibility for a replacement.

5. Non-Returnable & Excluded Items

For health and safety reasons, the following are strictly excluded from our exchange policy:

  • Earrings: Due to international hygiene regulations.

  • Personalized Pieces: Any custom, engraved, or bespoke orders.

  • Promotional Items: All sale, discounted, or "Gift with Purchase" items.

  • Improper Care: Items showing natural wear, tarnishing due to moisture/chemicals, or lack of proper care (refer to our Jewelry Care Guide).

6. Limitation of Liability

Bella Grace Collection cannot be held liable for:

  • Natural tarnishing or wear over time.

  • Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities (please review material disclosures before purchase).

  • Delays caused by global shipping carriers, customs processes, or courier disruptions.

  • Packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
