To ensure we can keep our delivery costs affordable for you, orders containing multiple items will be shipped together in a single package.

If your order includes a "Specialized" piece along with in-stock items, the entire order will be dispatched once the final item is ready. We appreciate your patience in waiting for your complete Bella Grace experience to arrive.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Timeframes are calculated from the date of dispatch. Depending on the contents of your cart, the following windows apply for South African orders:

• In-Stock Only Orders:  Delivery: 3 – 7 business days.

• Mixed or Global-Source Orders: Delivery: 7 – 15 business days.

• International Orders: Delivery: 10 – 20 business days.

Note: These timeframes are estimates. While we aim for the faster end of the scale, external factors such as courier demand or customs processing may occasionally impact these windows. We are working to scale our logistics as fast as possible to bring you shorter wait times.

3. Track Your Order
